East Lansing Public Schools is now accepting Schools of Choice applications for the 2026-27 school year. The application window opens today, Monday, June 1 at 8:00 a.m. and closes on June 15 at 4:00 p.m. Families interested in applying can access the application and Verification and Release of Information form through the Online Enrollment page on the ELPS website, or by clicking the application link below. A separate application must be submitted for each student. Please note that applications received after the June 15, 4:00 p.m. deadline cannot be accepted.

Free summer meals are available for children this summer through the Meet Up and Eat Up Program at Red Cedar Elementary School, located at 1110 Narcissus Drive, East Lansing, MI 48823. Breakfast will be available Monday–Thursday from 9:00–9:30 a.m. Lunch will be available Monday–Thursday from 12:30–1:00 p.m. The program runs June 9–June 30, 2026.
